Many people useOutlookto sendemailsand organize their work. However, many users are encountering major issues inOutlookthat affect their job.
Quite a few people encountered this message: “You have changed this message. If you save the changes, the message will no longer be digitally signed. Do you want to save your changes?”
So, people can’t see the digital signature of theemailsthey reply to. It is worth mentioning that this message appears in theOutlookversion for Office 365.
Some people consider this message “normal”, but it is far from it. Also, according to these users, the workaround for this problem is clicking “Yes”. However, the message will no longer be digitally signed – which is the root of the issue.

The workaround described above will not work in a business environment. These changes must be made for every user, which is tedious work.
Also, it is worth mentioning that this issue appeared after an update. So, users can now only hope for a new patch that will solve the problem and remove this annoying pop-up.
Moreover, you can revert to a previous version ofOutlook, but again, this is impractical for a company.
The good news is that Microsoft had acknowledged this issue and they are working to fix it. We still don’t know when they will solve the problem.
The digital signature is important in an office environment, and any issue with it might affect people’s jobs. Even if that’s not the case, clicking “Yes” every time this prompt message appears could become very annoying.
