1. Change Group By setting in Save as dialog box

2. Disable File Grouping for all folders

If you want to disable file and folder grouping in Windows 10 and Windows 11 at once, you can do it from theFolder Options. This will help get rid of the issue where Windows Explorer automatically groups by date.
