Hello Gameshas released “No Man’s Sky” for PlayStation 4 on August 9 in North America and in the next day it arrived in Europe. This action-adventure survival video game was loved by many players who said is pretty fun, although there were some gamers who got bored while playing it. On August 12, “No Man’s Sky” arrived on PC, being available for purchase on Steam and GoG.
The game costs $59.99 and the minimum requirements for “No Man’s Sky” on Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-bit versions) are: an Intel Core i3, an nVidia GTX 480 or AMD Radeon 7870 GPU, 8GB of RAM and 10 GB available space. Hello Games, the developer, was inspired from classic science-fiction, building the gameplay on four pillars: exploration, survival, combat, and trading.
The action takes place in an open universe which includes 18 quintillion planets and some of them can be inhabited. Players will need to explore them, gain information about them and submit it to the Atlas, which is a database that other players have access to it, as well. Everytime they do their job correctly, players are compensated in in-game currency and they’ve able to upgrade their character’s equipment, to buy new ships and travel deeper into the galaxy. They will land on planets with hostile environments, but if they’ll start killing lifeforms and draining too many resources, they will be hunted by patrolling robotic Sentinels.
Every player will decide his character’s destiny. They will choose between being a fighter, stealing from the weak, or taking out pirates and collect the bounties. They will get huge rewards after investing in more cargo space or decide to just explore the universe and survive in toxic environments, but they will need to strengthen their suits, otherwise they’ll die for sure. Since they will bump into other players while exploring the galaxy, they will have the option to exchange maps and share their discoveries.
