TheIM+ app has been optimized for Windows 8.1and you can get it from the Windows Store as of now. This isn’t just a minor update, like with Facebook, Box orWikipediabut a serious move forward from the IM+ team.

Here is the changelog of the Windows 8.1 update for the IM+ app:

The guys over atWpCentralhave did a very fine job explaining what these feature mean in detail, so if you’re an avid IM+ user on Windows 8, I suggest you to have a read. For those of you who are a new to IM+, you should know that it is called the “all-in-one messenger” because it connects to a plethor of chat services such Windows Live Messenger, Facebook, Skype chat, Google Talk, AOL/AIM/iChat, Yahoo!, ICQ, Vkontakte, Mail.Ru Agent, Odnoklassniki, Yandex chat, Mamba.Ru, Mig33, SINA Weibo, Renren, Fetion, Gadu-Gadu, MeinVZ and Jabber.

There’s no need to download all the above mentioned messaging web clients or apps – just use the IM+ in Windows 8.  You can choose the free or the paid version of IM+.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
