1. If you installed the game via GOG Galaxy

Locate the desktop shortcut of the game you want to transfer, right-click on the game and choosePropertiesfrom the list of options, then selectOpen File Location.

Right-click the folder that contains your games and selectCopy.

Navigate to the location of your other hard drive and right-click on any empty space, then selectNew>Folder.
