Many users using the desktop version ofPower BIare experiencing sign-in issues.
If you are one of them, you should know that this may because by one of three causes:
Some users have reported encountering issues when trying to log into the desktop version of Power BI.

Power BI is being blocked by your Firewall
Make sure Power BI is added in the exception list of your Firewall:

Non-HTTPS URL redirect errors
Use secure connections for authentication
Most recent versions ofPower BIDesktop use the latest version of theActive Directory Authentication Library (ADAL), which does not allow a redirect to non-secured URLs.
As a measure of precaution,let your administrator know he should check that secured URLs are used for their authentication sites.
Use the Web version
Theweb versionofPower BIis the first one to automatically update. So if you find any issues with the desktop version, just switch to the web version.
