Earlier this year we reported that SanDisk was going to launch the world’s first 1TB microSD card. The company kept its promise and the 1TB card is now available for pre-order.

SanDisk also offers a 512GB variant of the new SanDisk Extreme card. The 1TB microSD card comes with an A2 specification which promises better performance for applicationsstoredon the card.
