Beat Cop is a retro, pixel art style adventure game set in New York. The title is inspired by the 80’s cop shows and you’ll notice this detail as soon as you hit the play button.
As a player, you take on the role of Jack Kelly and you’ve been framed for murder. Your task as a regular beat cop is to find out who did that.Beat Cop features a thick crime story, lots of black humor and many dark secrets.
Unfortunately, Beat Cop is affected by a few issues that can sometimes limit your gaming experience.
Beat Cop reported bugs
Everytime I enter the church I get locked into the conversation with the chief.
game randomly freezes, already in Day 1. Tried many times (7-8x?) and every time happens the same. Usually around church, but it’s not a rule. I love the concept behind the game, tried to run it windowed, reinstalled, checked files integrity… Any more ideas what to try? Game just freezes, can’t do anything and nothing happens, even if I wait.
I am trying to run the game i have higher than what is required to run the game pc wise but i am getting a black screen on start up. Please help. […] Unfortunatly it just launches into a black screen and i don’t see any of the main game when i cntrl alt delte it says the process in running fine and hasn’t crashed.
